About these dates

Updated dates record content changes. Review dates record completed assessments, even when no changes are needed.

ClearRoutes Editorial Standards

ClearRoutes editorial standards explain how listings are reviewed, uncertain claims are handled and review dates are recorded. The ClearRoutes methodology keeps content reviews, website checks and transaction evidence distinct.

What ClearRoutes covers

ClearRoutes is a directory of crypto swaps, mixers, privacy tools and blockchain explorers. Profiles explain product differences, costs and access options. Listings are not endorsements.

Sources and uncertain details

Provider documentation supports published features and terms. Dated primary records support historical events. Conflicting figures remain visible. “Documented” means a profile has supporting material; “Details incomplete” or “Confirmation pending” means important information still needs confirmation. These labels do not certify service reliability.

Editorial reviews and page dates

The directory has a daily review process covering listing details, links, fees, limits and corrections. A review is recorded as complete after the relevant content and supporting sources have been assessed.

“Last updated” records a change to the page. “Reviewed” records the latest completed assessment of a listing’s content under our editorial standards. A completed review can have a newer date even when the content needed no changes. Review dates do not advance merely because the site was rebuilt or a website responded. Directory headers show the latest listing review and how many listings share that date; individual dates appear on the listings and comparisons. A page without a recorded completed review is labeled “Not yet recorded.”

Content review and website checks have separate records. A page loading successfully does not establish that a service processes transactions. The daily check record shows website observations, source-review dates and outstanding work.

Reviewing a listing does not imply a completed deposit, payout or Tor connection test. Missing or conflicting information stays visible until it is resolved.

Tor addresses

Provider-advertised and unconfirmed addresses carry separate labels. An address may identify a specific tool rather than a whole-site mirror. Dated Tor connection checks appear separately on profiles; a content review alone does not establish reachability or transaction processing. Read the Tor link guide.

Service policy comparisons

Each policy field has its own product scope, source and check date. Published terms are provider statements and do not prove how a service behaves. Unknown fields remain visible. Policy research does not by itself complete a review of the whole profile.

Website uptime checks

Website samples are shown for the last 30 UTC calendar days. Checks are scheduled hourly from 19 September 2026; older checks were daily. The sampled response rate is successful responses divided by all recorded attempts, including inconclusive requests. Blocked requests, redirects and network failures are not confirmed outages. Days without checks remain gaps; this is not continuous uptime or a transaction test. The scheduled checks require the monitoring runner to be available. Automatic observations do not change editorial-review dates.

Change history and RSS

Profile histories record changes to public fields from the dated baseline onward. Earlier editorial notices are shown separately; missing historical values are not reconstructed. Review-only dates and website observations do not create field changes. The RSS feed includes material directory notices and new profile field changes. Date-only notices use midnight UTC in the feed.

Ordering and commercial interests

Current listings appear alphabetically, followed by historical or discontinued records in red with a warning sign. Historical records stay last when the sort order changes. There are no paid placements or affiliate links in this edition. We do not publish invented star ratings, testimonials or transaction success rates.

Corrections

Use the contact page to send corrections with the service, field, source and date. The underlying record and relevant page can then be updated, with meaningful changes recorded in the update log.

Privacy on ClearRoutes

Your theme choice is stored on this device when browser storage is available; Light is the default, and you can choose Dark. Search and domain comparisons run in your browser. Directory filters are saved after the # in the URL, which is not sent with the page request. Anyone you share that link with can see the search and filters. Profile comparisons and correction links include profile names in the URL. Domain checks compare only the listed hostname, not ownership, redirects, page content or service safety. ClearRoutes does not request wallet access or financial credentials and includes no third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process request information under their own policies.
